Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy only applies to products and services bought from us. Reference to business days means from Monday to Friday excluding any UK public holidays.
All our props for hire are delivered to your event venue with transportation costs included. This will be arranged in advance with delivery 24/48hrs before your event, whichever is easier and acceptable to the hirer and us.
All our products on sale will be sent via postage with next day delivery, this will be included in the total costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products, however if you believe that our products have not met your expectations. We are content that you contact us and ask for a return and and exchange of product. If you are not satisfied and want a return of money than please conatct us in the first instance.
